Beric Williams
Beric Williams passed away at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital on October 27th, 2011 with his family by his side. He was born on October 21st, 1935 on the family farm in Southey, Saskatchewan. Beric is now united with the Lord and reunited with his parents, Wilfred & Dorothy Williams; Alvina’s parents, Val & Mary Wirth; and brother in law, Don Rathgeber. He is survived by his loving wife, Alvina of 54 years; his dear children, son, Sheldon (Elaine) and daughter, Rhonda (Greg) Haukaas; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jerred (Jacqueline), Jake, Davin, Walker and Nash Williams, Brett (Amanda) Cooper Williams, Troy Williams (Krysta and Mason Gorgichuk), Beric (Lori), Eden, Emerson, Mercede and Drew Haukaas, Angela (Chad) Hall; brother, John (Geraldine) Williams; Alvina’s siblings, Jean Rathgeber, Ed (Loretta) Wirth, Elaine (Barry) McFadden, Allan (Bev), and by many dear nieces and nephews and wonderful friends. Beric was an honorable businessman who supported his church and community at every opportunity. He loved deeply and was loved by his family and many friends. A Celebration of Beric’s Life will be on Saturday, November 5th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Moose Jaw Alliance Church with Rev. John Kreutzwieser of Emmanuel Lutheran Church officiating. A Private Family Interment will take place at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Box 1376, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 4R3, Moose Jaw Health Foundation, 455 Fairford St. E., Moose Jaw, SK. S6H 1H3 or a charity of your choice.
