ROBERT TOWRISS

April 2, 1945 to May 6, 2016

With sad hearts but happy memories, the family of Bob Towriss announce his sudden but peaceful passing at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore hospital in Moose Jaw at the age of 71 years.  Bob was predeceased by his father William James Towriss.  He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Gladys Towriss; Aunt Margaret Towriss; Aunt Ann Heron; Wife Muriel; daughter Melissa (Andrew)Christoffersen; sons: Robert and Nelson (Nicole); sisters: Sharon (Garnet) Williams, Moira (Hartley) Towriss-Smith and Rosalie (Rene) Marcil.  Also missed so much by the apples of his eye, his grandchildren: Carlynn, Kelsi, Anthony Christoffersen and Bennett Towriss.  He leaves many special cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.  Bob loved us all with great passion. The memorial service will take place on Friday, May 13th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Zion United Church, 423 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, Sask.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Sask. 1738 Quebec Avenue, Unit 26 Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9 or to the Saskatchewan Lung Assoc.
