MARCENE IVY STEELE
March 24th, 1951 – May 9th, 2014

The family is saddened to announce the unexpected death of Marcene Ivy Steele on Friday, May 9th, 2014 in Moose Jaw.  Marcene was predeceased by her grandparents and parents; husband, Roscoe Steele; and son, Rodney.  She is survived by her daughter, Angela (John) Bird of Moose Jaw; grandchildren, Sontona, Jaqualene (Sebastien), Ryen and Eryck and great grandson, Carter; sons, Scott (Christine) Steele and children Megan and Paige, and Jim (Lynette) Steele and children, Jamie, Lindsay and Josh; sister, Gail (Keith) Johnston; sisters-in-law, Marlene Steele and Joyce (Ron) Walter.  Marcene is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and several close friends.  A memorial tea will be held at a later date with time and place to be announced.  Anyone so wishing may make donations in Marcene’s memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Box 721, Regina, SK S4P 3A8 or the Poppy Fund of the Moose Jaw Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 59, 268 High St. W., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1S8.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Calvin Gammel, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
