My sympathy to the family. Dennis was always so great to have as Maintenance Director when I was manager at the hospital. He was always approachable and did is very best to solve issues.
Ellen and Family
I am so sorry for the the loss of your husband and father. I had the privilege of working with Dennis for many years at the Union Hospital and enjoyed his laid back personality and goodness, it was a pleasure to work with him and I have many fond memories of our time together. I was able to see him a just short time ago and was saddened to hear he was facing health issues. He took seriously his faith in God as he expressed to me many times as we had that in common. A Bible verse that comes to mind that has comforted me through the years and in your time of sorrow is Psalm 34:18 “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; he saves those who are crushed in spirit.” God promises to support you when you feel sad. He can give you the strength to cope with your pain. Acts 24:15 promises “There is going to be a resurrection.” God can bring our dead loved ones back to life which I look forward to that time soon when we will see all our loved ones on the earth again. May you also draw on the comfort of friends, family and others in your time of distress as well.
Take Care
