Norman Andrew Seman
Norman Andrew Seman, aged 86 years of Moose Jaw and formerly of the Boharm District, SK, passed away on Tuesday, February 26th, 2013. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 4th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Father Rick Krofchek will officiate and interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. Norman was born on December 25th, 1926 in Davidson, SK. He took an Agriculture course in Saskatoon and upon completion took up farming, which was his life. Norman enjoyed travelling, whether it was by air, bus or vehicle. He was a major Rider fan, being a season ticket holder for the last 20 years and also enjoyed cheering on the Warriors. Norm’s passion was his pet cats, which brought true joy to his life. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the kind and caring staff of Extendicare for the care provided to Norman during his stay. He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Anne (Soroko) Seman; sister, Joyce (Bill) Arrowsmith; brother, Roy (Shirley) Seman; sister-in-law, Vivian Seman and nephew, Shaun Seman. Norman will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Willie (Bill) Seman and best friend Stella Gill; nephews and nieces: Mike (Lori) Seman, Dwayne Seman, Tom (Nancy) Seman, Ed (Trish) Seman, Debbie (Mark) Huenison, Gord (Corrine) Seman, Wendy (Grant) Robbins, Judy (Shannon) Bruce, Joan and Jane Arrowsmith; as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews and other relatives. In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman’s name may be made to The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 9Z9.
