LESLIE (LES) ERNEST SCHOFFER

July 14th, 1953 – June 27th, 2010

Our loving husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at St. Paul’s Palliative Care Unit in Saskatoon, with his family by his side, on June 27th, 2010 after a short, but courageous battle with cancer.  Les was predeceased by his brother, Glenn and father, Ernie.  Les has left to mourn his memory, his devoted wife of 25 years, Donna; his children, Casey (Bob) Elliott of Aberdeen, and Tyler Schoffer of Saskatoon; a great joy of his life, grandson Colby; his mother, Agnes Schoffer; brother, Carey Schoffer; and sister-in-law, Linda Schoffer, all of Moose Jaw; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.  A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 10th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, with Father Louis Nguyen officiating.  A time of fellowship for family and friends will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Eagle’s Club, 561 Home St. W.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 61B Ross St. W., Moose Jaw, Sask. S6H 2M2.
