Christopher Randall Sauder
March 26th, 1991 – October 5th, 2013
Christopher was a young man whose love for life touched everyone. His brilliant smile, positive energy and most amazing hugs were felt and seen by many in his brief 22 years of life. Christopher was born in Swift Current and moved to Moose Jaw where he completed all his schooling at Lindale and Peacock. He was the kind of guy who always kept busy with playing almost any kind of sport – football, hockey, golf, snowboarding, long boarding, but special to his heart was lacrosse in which he travelled many places, met many people and played at national levels in both box and field. His new found passion was mixed martial arts. Christopher had just finished his second year of scaffolding apprenticeship and was headed to a new job in Estevan at the Dam. He had worked at Mosaic Belle Plaine and the Coop Upgrader as a scaffolder. His most important mission in life was to make everyone around him smile and to live life to its fullest. He always enjoyed “people” around him whether it was family or friends. He will be deeply missed by family, his mother Leanne Dalgarno and step father Kim; father Randy Sauder and step mother Barb; brothers Ryan Sauder, Kyle and Chance Dalgarno; sister Ashley Sauder and step brother Cody Hagman; grandparents Helen Gervais, Olive Dalgarno, Albert and June Carleton. He will also be deeply missed by his special four legged friend, Hades as well as his many cousins, aunts and uncles. Christopher was predeceased by his grandparents Octave Gervais, Leonard and Emma Sauder and Edgar Dalgarno. This fun loving soul was taken from us suddenly, early Saturday morning on October 5th, 2013, but his spirit and smile will live on in our memories forever. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Christopher’s life will take place on Saturday, October 12th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Hillcrest Apostolic Church, 1550 Main St. N. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chris’ name to Moose Jaw Kinsman Lacrosse Assoc., Box 1372, Moose Jaw, Sk., S6H 4R3 or The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, Sk, S6H 9Z9.
