Brian Glen Santa

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Glen Santa on July 31st, 2008 at the age of 49 years. Brian was born on November 5th, 1958 in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan. Brian was predeceased by his parents Shirley and Henri Leroy. He is survived by his brothers Carman, Dale (Debbie) Santa, Wayne (Shauna) Leroy; sons Corey (Crystal) and their children Rorey, Kirysma, Dekota, Austin and Justyce of Moose Jaw, Sheldon (Chantelle) and Trevor (Denali) of Whitehorse, Yukon and their mother Elaine Knuttila; special nieces Stephanie Santa and Jennifer Jordan; numerous nephews and nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. Growing up on the family farm Brian attended schools in Mossbank and Assiniboia. Brian held various jobs throughout his life, excelling at drywall and concrete work. Brian was very proud when he received his Class 1A license in 2007. Brian loved to fish, hunt and camp. One of his greatest joys was his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed life to the fullest and was always there to lend a hand to family or friend in need. He will be remembered with love and greatly missed by family and friends. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 15th, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor Bill Thomson of Trinity United Church willofficiate. Interment will take place at a later date.
