Dale Ernest William Rolfe

Dale Ernest William Rolfe, aged 59 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Wednesday, July 26th, 2017.  Born December 24th, 1957 in Saskatoon, SK, he was the second son of the late Dwaine and Millie Rolfe, and brother to the predeceased Lisa Rolfe.  Dale is survived by his wife of 20 years, Peggy Rolfe; daughters: Katie, Steph (Hailey and Zach), and Elizabeth (Maddie); and son, Robb (Chad); and by his eldest brother, Clayton (Bev).  Dale loved reading, being outdoors, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.  He worked as an Electrician, then later as a Diesel Mechanic for CP Rail in Saskatoon, then Moose Jaw in 1990.  Dale also had a special place in his heart for his pets Ace and Mika, and of course his best pal Bailey.  Dale was a devoted father, husband, friend and co-worker.  He will be missed by his niece, great-nephews, and many other family members and friends.  A special thank you to Dr. Majid and ICU nurses Lorna, Heidi and Shannon for their loving care and support.  The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, with Pastor Jeremey MacDonald officiating.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Dale’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, Unit 26 – 1738 Quebec Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Gary McDowell, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
