Richard (Robby) Earl Robinson

Sept. 14th, 1942 – Sept. 28th, 2017

Robby passed away early Thursday September 28th, 2017 in Moose Jaw after a lengthy but courageous battle with cancer.  Robby is survived by his wife of 54 years Bernice, his daughter Shelley and two sons Richard and Timothy; grandchildren: Derek, Josh, Melissa, Reese, James, Tatiana and great granddaughter Charlie; his mother Phyllis, brother Brian and sister Francine as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Robby was predeceased by his daughter Lynn, sister Marilyn, step father Frank and granddaughter daughter Jody.  Robby joined the Armed Forces at the age of 17 spending the majority of his 28 year career in Moose Jaw.  Upon his retirement, he drove taxi to keep busy and taught himself carpentry and became a skilled and proficient wood turner which became his passion.  The family would like to give a special thank you to Vi in ambulatory care for looking after dad for the last nine years.  Robby requested no public funeral service.  A private cremation service will be held for his family.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Calvin Gammel, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
