Larry Curtis Robinson

Larry Curtis Robinson, resident of the Cardross district, passed away July 4 th, 2007 at the age of 76 years, in the Assiniboia Union Hospital. The Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, July 7 th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home (268 Mulberry Lane) with Mr. Bill Luther officiating. Larry was employed with Saskatchewan Wheat Pool for thirty five years. His career started in Avonlea, followed by Claybank, Edgeworth, Elcott, Alameda, Tugaske and retiring at Rouleau. In 1974 Larry & Zena started to farm the Robinson home farm in the Cardross district, where they moved upon retirement continuing to farm. Larry enjoyed the beauty of nature, hunting and fishing. Larry is survived by his wife Zena; children: DeborahRobinson, Sherwood Park,AB., Curtis (Bonnie) Robinson, Central Butte, SK., Roberta Getty, Calgary,AB.; grandchildren: Shannon Robinson, Edmonton,AB., Shawn Robinson, Sherwood Park,AB., Crystal (Myron) Fowler and Nicole Robinson, Central Butte,SK.; sister, Gertrude (Barclay) Ward, Moose Jaw,SK.; brother, Ronald (Myrtle) Robinson, Biggar,SK.; sister-in-law, Edna Robinson, Moose Jaw,SK.; brother-in-law, Jack Pickard, Crane Valley,SK.; and many nieces & nephews. Larry was predeceased by his parents, William & Eva Robinson; sisters: Alida (Bob) Noble, Evelyn (Sam) Pickard, Oma Pickard; brothers: Lyle, Waldo (Norma) Robinson.
