Leonard Robert Reiman
EIMAN
Leonard Robert Reiman, aged 88 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away peacefully on Monday, September 17th, 2018 at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital. He was born in Spring Valley, SK in 1930. Len attended school in Moose Jaw and then worked as a professional truck driver until his retirement. An avid sports fan, he spent many hours cheering for his favorite teams. Len also loved watching Archie Bunker and family on TV. He especially enjoyed many happy times visiting the Busse farm at Hallonquist. In his later years Len could regularly be found “out for breakfast” with old and new friends. But what he really relished most was teasing his nephews and nieces every time he got a chance. He was predeceased by his darling wife, Irma W. Reiman (Busse); parents, Everson R. Reimann and Mary Reimann; sister, Dorothy M. Rowan (Reimann); and his beloved in-laws: Norman Busse, Lloyd Busse; Yvonne Gregory (Busse), Arthur Busse, Irene Berg (Busse), Eldred Johnston (Busse), and Albert Busse. Left to cherish Len’s memory are: brothers-in-law: Derald Busse, Clinton Busse, Rodney Busse, and Robert Busse; sisters-in-law: Donna Harris (Busse), Eleanor Harris (Busse), Bernice Dudas (Busse), and Doreen Fedorak (Busse); and nephews, Bob Ross and Trevor Oriold. He is fondly remembered as “Uncle Len” by his additional host of nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Special thanks to nephew Donnie Busse for all of the hours, miles and special times he had taken Len out for breakfast and tours of the country. As well, special thanks to the staff of Crescent Park Villa for the care provided to Len. A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, September 23rd, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery with Dave Foley officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the main entrance of Sunset Cemetery by 11:00 a.m. Lunch for family and friends will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Timothy Eatons Building, 510 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane Calvin Gammel, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
Our most sincere condolences to all Len’s Family. We met Len a few years ago at the Delight Cafe. What a kind and gentle person
My condolences to all. I always considered him like an uncle. He was always a kind and passionate man. Loved the time \I spent with him at his home in river park and at the lake. He will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace.
Sorry for your loss, I met Len because him and my dad would go to garage sales then stop and visit with me on the way home. He will be missed.
Len and my dad we’re cut from the same cloth
