CORALIE MAY PROBERT (nee Prentice)
1936 – 2011

Quietly, with dignity and grace, Coralie May Probert passed away on March 10, 2011.

Coralie’s wonderful smile, playful laugh and sense of fun will forever warm our souls. Her exemplifying approach to life was that of optimism and courage. Coralie made our world a happier place. Lets remember our golf games we shared, the astuteness she brought to the bridge table, her love of travel, the multitude of meals she prepared with love and her notorious ability to bring a spirit of fun and kinship to our social hours!

The tragic passing of husband, Capt. Denis Lambert in 1970 brought Coralie and her daughters back to Moose Jaw SK where her family took them under their wings. Coralie is survived by husband Lloyd Probert, sisters Beatrice Fredrickson, Penny Kleim (Ray), and Ethel Padfield, grandchildren Cullen and Lundenne McFadden, son-in-law Eric McFadden and sister-in-law Jo Prentice. Coralie was predeceased by her parents Fred and Victoria Prentice, her brothers Earl and Wilfred, sister Gladys, brothers-in-law Steve Ostopovitich, Leo Fredrickson, and Gordon Padfield and sister-in-law Virginia Prentice. The love for her two girls left behind LouAnne Lambert and Micheline Lambert-McFadden, husband, grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and cherished friends were always foremost in her heart.

Those touched by Coralie are invited to share in her Celebration of Life taking place at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15th, at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane, Moose Jaw, SK. Her immediate family will be having a private burial at a later date.

Coralie had expressed wishes that, in lieu of flowers, if donations were indicated that they be made to the “Rocky Mountain Adaptive Sports Centre”. This association, based in Canmore Alberta, provides assistance to children, adolescents and adults with special needs (including autism/ADHD) the opportunity to learn and participate in sport and recreation.
