Herman Ernest Pohl

Herman Ernest Pohl of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at the age of 94.  Herman was predeceased by his wife of 66 years Dena and sons-in-law Joe Guzik and Gordon Parr.  Herman will be lovingly remembered by his 2 daughters Marlene Parr and Glenda (Boyd) Geisler; 3 sons Grant (Bernie), Gordon (Sherrie) and Don(Jacques); 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  Herman was a life member of A.C.T.  The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Dautremont and the staff at Providence Place for their exceptional care of Herman.  A Celebration of Herman’s life will be held Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 6-8 pm in the Harvey Room at Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  For those so wishing, donations in memory of Herman may be made to the Providence Place Foundation Inc.- for Park Development, 100 2nd Ave. N.E., Moose Jaw, SK, S6H 1B8.
