Roy Albert Perkins
Roy Albert Perkins of Rouleau, SK, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 16th, 2023 at the age of 88 years. He was predeceased by his loving wife Kay in 2009. Roy is survived by his children: Rick (Patti) Perkins, Deb (Melvin) Krauss, Kelli Perkins, Kim (Ken) Davis, and Kevin (Vicki); his 12 grandchildren and 19 greats; his brother Donn (Glenys) Perkins; sister-in-law, Joan McLean; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and furbabies.
Many thanks to the staff at Coteau Range Manor where Roy resided from January 2019 to April 2022, the staff at Moose Jaw Regional Hospital, and the staff at Moose Jaw Extendicare for the special loving care that he received during his stay. Thank you for all the messages received during this difficult time.
A Celebration of Roy’s Life will be held at a later date with interment to take place at Rouleau Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Roy’s name may be made to Rouleau Rink or a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. I was sorry to hear about Roy’s passing. Condolences to the family. Roy and I have been friends since School days. We also played sports together. May he Rest In Peace.
We were sorry to hear of Roy’s passing. I have many fond memories of Roy and Kaye while our family resided in Rouleau and after we would return to visit. Roy was my first hockey coach and someone that looked after us as kids. A life well lived the way he wanted it. Condolences to all of you and yours.

Dear Rick, Deb, Kelli, Kim, Kevin and Families, we were sad to hear of Roy’s passing and know he will be missed from your family circle. We have great memories of both your Dad & Mom and Roy’s antics and wit kept us in stitches. Such a character he was – Norma was so happy when Roy moved into Coteau Range Manor, as he provided her with many laughs and memories.
