Jaret Rolland William Pasquet
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Jaret Rolland William Pasquet, aged 24 years of Moose Jaw, SK. Jaret passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, December 31st, 2017. Jaret was born on July 13th, 1993 in Abbotsford, BC. The three moved back to Moose Jaw in December 1994, where he was raised and grew up. Jaret received his education at Peacock Collegiate, graduating Grade 12 in 2011. During this time he served with the Moose Jaw Army Reserves, an experience that took him to Portage La Prairie doing flood relief. Following high school, Jaret started his apprenticeship in Moose Jaw while also working in Saskatoon and Regina. He received his schooling at Sask Polytechnic in Saskatoon and in March 2017, became a journeyman tinsmith. Jaret had an enthusiasm for everything he did. He enjoyed sports, namely hockey, football, golf, fishing, snowboarding, baseball, and wrestling. He loved going to the gym, playing poker, listening to music, eating pizza, watching Star Wars and Survivor, and playing board games, all with family and friends. He will forever be remembered for his charming personality, his mischievous smile, and his infectious laugh. No life is ever complete without a friend that has endeared and enriched our lives along the way, and such was the case with Jaret. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Adrien Ducharme; uncles, Michael Ducharme and Lloyd Trew; and cousin, Braden Wadham. Jaret leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Dave and Rochelle Pasquet; his younger brother, Kayne Pasquet; grandparents: Gwen Ducharme, Gladys and Rolland Pasquet; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 8th, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in St, Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 1064 3rd Ave NW, Moose Jaw, SK. Reverend George (Varki) Thattuparampil will be the presiding celebrant and interment will take place in Rosedale Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jaret’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Met Jaret while on basic training. He was a fun and enthusiastic guy to work with. I saw a facebook memory with him in it today, I clicked on his name not knowing he had passed many years ago. I am deeply saddened at this news.
Thanks Shea.
