Lori Panko
Lori Panko of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan passed away on Tuesday, May 12th, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer, with her family by her side. The Celebration of Lori’s life will be held on Friday, May 15th, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Church of Our Lady. Father Tony Sevali will officiate. A Prayer Vigil will be held on Thursday, May 14th, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Lori was born in Halifax, N.S., received her education there and in Belleville, Ont. Life brought her west to Moose Jaw where she met Doug, married and together they raised 4 beautiful children. Lori is predeceased by her mother Beverley. Her legacy will be cherished by her husband Doug; 4 children Jennefer, Johnny, Javan and Jaleigh; her grandson Ryder; her father John (Wannietta) Butler; her brother Leo (Susan); her sisters Lana (Stephen) Coens and Lesley; father-in-law and mother-in-law Tony and Bernice Panko; sister-in-law Shelley (Gerry) Hinds; nieces Adrianne, Ainsley and Avery; nephews David and Ethan; and numerous friends and relatives. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorial donations in Lori’s name may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, c/o Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Ave., Regina, Sask. S4T 7T1.
