I’d like to express my deepest condolences to the Oparyk family during this difficult time. John was a cool dad who let his basement be a teen gathering place to enjoy live rock and roll.
Rest in peace John.
Our condolences to the family may the lord comfort
To the Oparyk family: Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I remember the entire family well, and during my early years, John, Orris, and a group of us young boys were always involved in sports of some sort with them.
It has been years since I have had any connection, but there were plenty of interesting times during the 50’s.
As I recall, John’s nickname was “Appy.” A big hello to you Orris, I hope you remember me as well.
R.I.P. John.
