Norman Grant Nordquist
Norman Grant Nordquist, son of deceased Irvine and Mildred (Purvis) Nordquist, brother of Donna (Arnold) Schreffler (deceased) and brother of Ron (Pam) Nordquist, has said his goodbyes to us on earth on Saturday, June 8th, 2013 and will patiently await the rest of us in heaven. Patricia (Jones) Nordquist (deceased) mother of his three girls Donna Kay Nordquist, Patty Nordquist and Liza (Brian) Clark, his son Mike Nordquist, step children Karen (Terry) Foster and Glen Fribance with his wife Vivian (Sandy-Fribance) of 34 years, are left to feel empty. His vibrant personality and goodwill towards everyone will be missed deeply. His grandchildren Amanda (Chris) Maltby, Murray MacDonald, Kristin (Ben) Karp, Nolan, Mason, Goldan Nordquist, Ashley and Autumn Clark were a blessing he never forgot. The great-grandchildren Devi and Seth Maltby, Joshua and Jacob Karp and Hailey Nordquist made his eyes and smiles light up. Norm was born and raised in Saskatchewan. After joining the TD Bank, he lived in many communities and provinces. He was a long time member of the Kinsmen Club, but will be better remembered as owner/operator of Lakeview Trailer Park, Moose Jaw, SK. To his many friends and acquaintances, he says thank you for your friendship. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 14th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home with Reverend Doug Shepherd officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman’s name may be made to the Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation, 2217C Hanselman Court, Saskatoon, SK S7L 6A8.
