Ruby Viola Munn

Ruby Viola Munn aged 84 years passed away peacefully on Monday, June 18 th, 2007 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, June 21 st, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane with Pastor Bill Thomson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery. A Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 20 th, 2007 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Ruby will be sadly missed by family and friends. Predeceased by her husband Hugh Munn; grandson Tyler Munn; parents John and Minnie Sabo; brothers Gordon, Marvin and Orville Sabo; sisters Irene Angus and Mabel Paton, she is survived by her son Morley (Rita) Munn; grandson Ian Munn; great grandson Levi Munn; sisters Florence Cowie, Luella Emms, Joyce Fehr, Elaine Cupples; brother-in-law Mel Cupples and numerous nieces and nephews. Ruby was born and raised on the family farm at Hazenmore, Saskatchewan. In 1942, she married Hugh Munn. They farmed for many years in the Mankota district until retiring to Moose Jaw in 1975. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 61B Ross St. E., Moose Jaw, Sk., S6H 2M2 in Ruby’s name would be appreciated by the family.
