Violet (Vi) Morhart

Violet (Vi) Morhart (nee Holmberg), aged 69 years of Moose Jaw, SK., passed away quietly at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital on October 23rd, 2010.  Vi was born June 5th, 1941 in Shaunavon, SK. where she spent her early years.  Vi moved to Moose Jaw and in 1960 married Ambrose Morhart.  They lived in Spring Valley for many years and raised 4 children.  They retired to Moose Jaw in 1999.  Vi will be lovingly remembered forever by her husband Ambrose and by her children – Darla Lawrence (Rick), Randy Morhart (Virginia), Nancy Rosnes (Colin) and Tracy Morhart (Harry).  In keeping with Vi’s wishes, a private family service was held at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home on October 27th, 2010.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  Donations may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre c/o Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 7T1 or to a charity of one’s choice.
