Robert Arthur Minall

Robert Arthur Minall of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan passed away on Friday, May 8th, 2009 at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital after an unusually long illness. Bob is predeceased by his parents Vera and Reginald Minall, sister-in-law Beatrice and niece Debbie Pool. Bob leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Vi; son Jason and grandchildren Michael and Danica of Moose Jaw; brothers George (Paula) of Montreal, Que. and Reggie (Margie) of Calgary, AB; nieces Patricia Minall of Calgary, AB, Terri Perrin of Courtenay, B.C.; nephews Keith Minall of Fort St. John, B.C., Anthony Minall of Montreal, Que. and Steven Minall of Montreal, Que. Bob was born on August 5th, 1936 in Neepawa, Manitoba and moved to Portage La Prairie, Manitoba at an early age. Bob trained in Business Management in Winnipeg, Man. He worked at the Portage La Prairie Co-op before coming to Moose Jaw in 1962. He was employed as Grocery Manager with Moose Jaw Co-op and retired in 1982 due to the aggressive progression of his MS. He became a resident of Providence Place in 1995. In keeping with Bob’s wishes there will be a Private Family Graveside Service held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob’s name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, 150 Albert St., Regina, Sask. S5R 2N2.
