Terry Earl McPherson
Terry Earl McPherson, aged 54 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on Friday, June 24th, 2022 at his home. Terry was born in Moose Jaw at the Providence Hospital on October 18th, 1967. He attended Westmount, Empire, and Riverview Collegiate. Terry worked for Canadian Pacific Railway then moved to Vancouver, BC to begin work as a foreman at Olympic Meats. He returned to Moose Jaw a few years later and became a bus driver for Moose Jaw Transit.
He was predeceased by his brother, Scott McPherson; grandparents, Dorothy and Don; great-grandmother, Agnes Erickson; and step-father, Les Gray. Terry is survived by his parents, Dianna Gray and Earl McPherson; son, Clayton; Clayton’s mother, April Tran and her children Britney, Ashley and Devon; niece, Jessie Chamberlain; nephew, Brock; great-nephew, Keaton; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Celebrant Dave Foley will officiate and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust fund for Clayton Scott McPherson at the Bank of Nova Scotia, 303 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK Account #101303204. I met Terry in 2007 when he started working with us at Moose Jaw Transit and I must say, once you met Terry, you never forgot him! He loved his job!
The last several years,Terry’s life was filled with more turbulence and mental anguish than most people could have endured.
I hope he is finally at peace.
