Jessie Ann McLaren

On Friday, July 19th, 2013, Jessie Ann McLaren lost her battle.  After a long, courageous fight Jessie was defeated.  Her husband Terry lost a loving and wonderful wife, daughters Sarah, Kim and son Craig lost a mother.  Her brothers Dixon and Judd lost a sister and aunt to their families.  Son-in-law Tyler Affleck lost his time to experience her.  She was larger than life and humble as anyone could be.  Jessie could make your day with a note or a balloon bouquet.  She was brave and strong.  Jessie was tough and feisty and could put any UFC fighter to shame, until she faced this monster.  On Saturday, August 3rd, 2013, a Celebration will be held at the Heritage Inn in Moose Jaw to honor Jessie’s life and influence on us all.  The doors will be open at 4:00 p.m. and dinner will follow at 6:00 p.m. with a chance to mingle and celebrate afterwards.  A cash bar will be available for your enjoyment.  Please dress casually and enjoy this celebration of her life and how she brightened the world for us all.  Guests are invited to make a cash donation, which will be gathered and donated to the Allan Blair Cancer Agency in Jessie’s name.  Please contact Terry directly at tr.mclaren@gmail.com for further information and confirmation of attendance.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Calvin Gammel, Funeral Director. 306-693-4550.
