PATRICK MCINTYRE
1955-2024
Wendy, Jeneen, and Jodean would like to share with you the passing of their husband and father, Patrick “Pat” McIntyre, on Monday, June 17th, 2024. Pat passed away peacefully with his wife and girls by his side.
He was predeceased by his parents, Joe and Freda McIntyre; a sister in infancy; sister, Linda; and sister-in-law, Beverly. Patrick is survived by his wife, Wendy; daughters, Jeneen (Dave) and Jodean (Cory); grandchildren: Garrett (Britt), Dessa (Kade), Tosh, and Jacinda; and his newest pride and addition to the family, great-grandson, Brantley. He came from a large loving family (at this time totalling 83 extended family members) that includes siblings: Margaret (Gary), Joanne (David), Brian (Gloria), Bernadette (Keith), Carolyn (Sam), and Bruce; and in-laws: Orest, Harvey (Edna), Terry (Dolly), Dennis (Judy), and Debbie (Dave).
Pat was a hardworking man who retired from Ministry of Central Services in 2021. During his retirement, anyone was welcome to join him for a cold beer and good conversation in his garage.
The family would like to thank Dr. Kateryna Pilon for her extraordinary care for Dad and our family. We would like to express our appreciation to the nursing staff on the Surgery Floor that showed such care and understanding to all of us.
In his honour, we will celebrate him on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024 with a come and go gathering at Pat’s garage from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s name may be made to Saskatchewan STARS Ambulance, Nutrien Hangar, 2475 Airport Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7L 1M4.
