William Alexander McFadden

It is with great regret that we announce the passing of William Alexander McFadden, aged 64 years of Moose Jaw, SK. on Saturday, March 12th, 2011.  A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 18th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Pastor Larry Hasmatali will officiate and interment will take place in Rosedale Cemetery at a later date.  He was predeceased by his father and mother, George and Lucy.  Bill will be lovingly remembered by his son, Brandy (Arin); grandsons, Ethan and Elijah; sister, Kathy Olson; nephews, Corey and Chad; niece, Marci and numerous relatives and many close friends.  Due to circumstances, Bill was required to join the work force at a young age.  Over the years he worked many jobs, including being a member of the Canadian Air Force and held many roles at Valley View Centre.  Bill’s past times included camping, fishing and also dabbling in mechanics.  His true passion was his family and friends and the smiles that he could bring to their faces.  Bill will be sadly missed as he was a unique individual who will always have a place in our hearts.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Moose Jaw Union Hospital Respiratory Therapy Department, 455 Fairford St. E., Moose Jaw, SK.
