Louise Marks
Louise Marks, aged 92 years of Central Butte, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 7 th, 2007. Born April 11 th, 1915 to Jim and Edna Irving, Louise was married in November 1945 to Francis “Sandy” Marks. The couple resided in the Grainland District until retiring to Central Butte. Louise was predeceased by her parents; brothers Laurie, Tom and Clare Irving; sister in law Blanche Irving and grandson Darren England. Survived by husband Sandy; daughters Donna (Don) Dean, Jean (Barrie) England; son Jim (Karen) Marks; grandchildren Michelle (Andy) Hauberg, Shannon (Dave) Schmitz, Angela (Karl) Vanner, Brandee (Brad) Kearns, Mark (Bobie) Dean, Dustin (Lisa) Marks, Dylan (Charity) Marks, and Kimberly England; great grandchildren Matthew, Beth and Jordyn Hauberg, Carson and Samantha Kearns, Karly and Kelsey Schmitz. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, June 12 th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the Central Butte United Church. Interment of cremated remains will follow in Central Butte Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Louise’s name to Central Butte Health Care Foundation, Box 40, Central Butte, Sk, S0H 0T0 or Central Butte Iver Main Place, Central Butte, SK, S0H 0T0 or the charity of one’s choice.
