William Thomas Magowan
March 11, 1917 – January 28, 2013

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Magowan.  Bill was predeceased by his wife Alma (Kelly) Magowan, parents Joe and Jessie Magowan, brothers Edwin and Jim and sister Jane Jackson.  Bill is survived by his sister Irene Jones, sisters-in-law Irma (Toots) Magowan, Beryl Ash, Ferne Robb, and brother-in-law John Jackson. He is also survived by his step-children, Norma (Terry) Dewhurst, Marlene (Ken) Spicer, Kathleen (Wallace) Eggert and Garth (Cherie) Kelly, 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild (on the way).  A Celebration of Bill’s life will be held on Thursday, February 7th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane, Moose Jaw.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Moose Jaw Union Health Foundation, 455 Fairford St. East, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1H3 or the charity of one’s choice.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  James Murdock, Funeral Director. 693-4550.
