Sandra Joan Maginley

Sandra Joan Maginley, aged 66 years of Moose Jaw passed away after a brief but courageous battle with cancer, with her family at her side.  She was born in Moose Jaw and received her education here.  After completing high school, she married Brian on September 7th, 1968 and together they raised two children.  Sandy had just recently retired from her job in health care.  She enjoyed going to her winter home in Arizona and spending time in Mexico.  Predeceased by her father George way, step father Allan Hutchinson, mother-in-law Velma Rogers (who passed away the same day) and brother-in-law Nick Koshman.  Sandy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 49 years, Brian; son Curtis; daughter Stacey; two grandchildren Adriene and Brett; mother Joy Hutchinson; four sisters: Muriel (John) Morhart, Pat Short, Brenda (John) Robinson and Doris (Cliff) Dunlop; sister-in-law Rosemary and numerous other relatives.  In keeping with Sandy’s wishes, a private family burial will take place.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, c/o Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Ave. Regina, SK.
