William (Bill) Kenneth Lowen

William (Bill) Kenneth Lowen, aged 37 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Saturday, March 29th, 2014.  Bill spent 7 years in Indian Head, 4 years in Lafleche, SK and moved to Moose Jaw 17 months ago.  He was predeceased by his wife, Brenda Spencer and grandmother, Velma Lowen.  Bill is survived by his parents, Bernie and Elizabeth Loewen of Lafleche, SK; as well as special friends in Indian Head, Lafleche and Moose Jaw.  A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 5th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in People of Praise Church, Lafleche, SK.  Reverend Maurice Palmier will officiate.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Bill’s name may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Assoc. c/o 650 Coteau St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 5E6 for the Come Together Fellowship Group.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Calvin Gammel, Funeral Director 306-693-4550.
