Anne Lowe
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Anne Lowe on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015, with her family by her side. Anne was born in Yellow Grass, SK on January 12th, 1928, moving to Moose Jaw as a young girl. While employed at the Grant Hall, she met the love of her life, Maurice, and they were married in 1947. In 1950, their son Jim was born, followed by Karen and Bonnie. Over the years, Anne enjoyed many memorable vacations, from camping to cruising. Her biggest enjoyment was spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Karen; parents, Marie and Otto Stack; brothers, Kurt and Walter Stack; sisters, Elsie Huber and Vera Shaw. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Maurice; son, Jim (Maureen); daughter, Bonnie (Jeff) Trumbley; son-in-law, Rick Seabrook; sister, Irma Carss; grandchildren: Ryan (Sara), Jered (Leah), Evan (Kelly), Tamara (Jeff) and Andrea; as well as 9 great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 21st, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor Bill Thomson will officiate and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Anne’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Sask, 279 3rd Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8.
