Mary Gladys Lawrence

Mary Gladys Lawrence passed away on Friday, May 4 th, 2007 at the age of 97 years. The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 9 th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane with interment to follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Born in Moose Jaw, Mary received her education in the Boharm/Caron districts and continued to live there until she moved to Moose Jaw in 1940 and lived there until her passing. She had a love for bowling and received many trophies for her high scores. Predeceased by her parents Lillian and Arthur Byford; her first husband Byron King; two sons Stanley and Robert; one grandchild; two great grandchildren; brother Art and sisters Jessie and Grace, Mary will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband James; daughter Sharon (Tom) Wright; step-daughter Sheryl Lawrence (Steve Duncan); six grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 15 great great grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 61B Ross St. E., Moose Jaw, SK, S6H 2M2 in Mary’s name would be appreciated by the family.
