Alexander Fredrick Knittel
It is with deep sadness that the family of Alexander Fredrick Knittel announces his passing on January 24th, 2025, just a few days before his 69th birthday.
Alex was born January 29th, 1956, in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. His greatest passions in life were spending time with his wife and daughter, his fur babies, and his love for the outdoors. Nothing made him happier than fishing with his family or taking a hunting trip in the winter.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 45 years Darlene, their daughter Alexis, and fur babies Buddy and Sammy. As well as sisters: Susan (Don), Lorraine, Kathy and Candy; brothers: Robert, Lance (Angie), David and Rick; brother-in-law, Randy; sister-in-law, Wendy (Grant); special niece and nephews Bev and her children, Danny and Amanda and their children, Chris and Lisa, plus numerous other nieces and nephews. Alex was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Sheila; in-laws, Herb and May Dreger; brother, Lyle; sister, Laura; sisters in-law, Val and Christine and great nephew Taden.
In keeping with Alexander’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
