Gerald Robert Knight (Larry)

Gerald Robert Knight (Larry), aged 77 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, May 5th, 2015 with his beloved wife of 54 years, Eleanor by his side. Larry was born on September 13th, 1937.  He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Laura; sister, Helen and brother-in-law, George; brother, Don; and brother-in-law, Lindon.  Larry is survived by his wife, Eleanor; children: Lance, Darren, Cindy and Laura (Rodney); siblings, Marlene and Mervin; sisters-in-law, Lyla and Iona; brother-in-law, Lawrence (Lorraine); grandchildren: Tyler (Sara), Bryce, Ashley, Saegen, Amanda, Taylor, Bryson and Teegan; many loving nieces, nephews and cousins; long-time friend Randal (Ana); and his pet Diego.  Gerald worked at the Air Base until his retirement.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, barbecuing and camping.  He also loved sports, music and singing.  The family would also like to extend a special thank you to Moose Jaw Home Care and Dr. B Sanderson for providing quality care.  In keeping with Larry’s wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
