Judy Kirschman

Judy Kirschman, aged 74 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 following a courageous battle with cancer.  Judy is survived by her loving husband, Al Kirschman of Moose Jaw.  Mourning the loss of a wonderful mother are Judy’s daughter, Donna Lowe (Brian), their sons Stephen (Kylie), Brennan (Krista) and Chris (Kelsi); Judy’s son, Blair Stephens, his sons Shawn and Chad; and Judy’s daughter, Janet Stephens and her daughter Jade.  Mourning the loss of a wonderful stepmother, are Al’s son, Gord Kirschman (Shelley), their son Ryley and their daughter Bretlynn (Troy); Al’s daughter, Darlene Denet (Sheldon), their daughters Kristan and Courtney, and their son Troy; Al’s son, Dan Kirschman (Sandy), their daughters Kristal (Jamie) and Amanda (Bobby); and Al’s daughter, Shelley Schattenkirk and her sons Josh and Zach.  Judy loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren from both sides of the family and her sincere wish was to see and spend more time with them. Family was very important to her and their well-being was paramount. Observing and never passing judgment was Judy’s greatest attribute. Judy will be remembered as being very artistic and crafty, and earlier in her life, Judy could be found quite often enjoying a good game of cards, bingo or just sitting back enjoying the company of family or friends.  A Celebration of Judy’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 8th, 2019 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the home of Blair Stephens, 72 Hodges Cres (West Park) in Moose Jaw.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Judy’s name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre St, Regina, SK S4P 2R3. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Gary McDowell, Funeral Director 306-693-4550.
