Ronald Byron King
Ronald Byron King, aged 83 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Friday, April 15th, 2016. In keeping with Ron’s wishes, a Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Cemetery. He was predeceased by his parents, Alex and Ann King; son, Randy King (1995); siblings: Nadine (Peter) O’Brien, Wayne (Berta), Lynn and Colin. Ron will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Helen; daughter, Rhonda (Bob) Schultz; grandsons: Jason (Regan) and their children Phoebe, Ethan and Pria; Ryan (Tristin) and their children Portlyn, Pryor and Kolby; brother, Brian (Louise); sister-in-law, Eunice; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ron was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He was a true perfectionist in everything he did. Ron was proud to serve his country in the Armed Forces from 1951 to 1977. Upon leaving the forces, Ron began working at Joe’s Locksmith until his retirement. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Ron’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, Unit 26 – 1738 Quebec Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9.
