Mary Ann Ketcheson
1929 – 2020
Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, Mary Ann Ketcheson, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020. She was predeceased by her parents, first husband, brother-in-law, and son-in-law. Mary leaves to mourn, her children: Judy, Joyce (Charlie), Donna (Bob), David, Jean and Kelly; grandchildren: Simon, Doug, Jennifer, Susan, Sara, Danny and Kyla; 16 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Stella and her children. Many thanks to the staff at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital and Dr. Pilon and staff at Pioneer Lodge. In keeping with Mary’s wishes, a small family gathering will be held when it is appropriate to do so. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. So sad to hear your mother fell a sleep in death. I personally miss seeing all of you. Please take comfort from the Bible words , that we could see your mother alive again as promised in 1Corinthians 15: 22 – 26. With Christian Love your friend James Sikorski
Mary was such a beautiful lady. I have thought about her often. She was one of the kindest ladies I have ever known. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

I would like to extend my condolences to the family in the loss of their mother Mary, it had been long time since I had seen her. I remember her as a loving caring friendly person. I was always made to feel welcome in her house as a young man.

I’m very sorry to learn this news and send condolences to her family. Mary was a kind soul with a gentle sense of humour. I can see her laughing as vividly as if that was yesterday. In the early 70s I spent a lot of time in the Ketcheson home and what’s coming to mind now is that Mary taught me to make perogies. She was an incredible cook.
