David Jonathon Wayne Kerr
David Jonathon Wayne Kerr (Kakimohwewtam – Silent Thunder), aged 34 years, passed away as a result of a tragic car accident on Saturday, December 24th, 2016. David was born in Regina, SK and received his education at Palliser Heights and A.E. Peacock Schools in Moose Jaw, SK. He was born with struggles but always overcame all of the obstacles. David married Aftan Mondor and together they raised 3 children. He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Chalsee Rain; uncle, Rick Fisher; and grandparents, Bill and Hazel Kerr. David will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Aftan; children: Blair, Gordon, and Emilia; parents, Ida (Tim) and Rob (Susan); brothers, Jamie (Kayla) and Jared; sisters, Brandi (Ed) and Jennie (Colby); grandparents, Wayne and Vie; as well as numerous other family and extended family members. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 31st, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Roger Foust will officiate and interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. As an expression of sympathy, donations in David’s name may be made to the Saskatchewan Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, 2341 Broad St, Regina, SK S4P 1Y9.
