Kenneth Donald Jesse
Kenneth Donald Jesse, born October 7th, 1932, passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer, with family at his side, on Thursday, November 29th, 2018 at the age of 86 years. Ken was born in Arcola, Saskatchewan and worked briefly with the CPR, then received a job with Flint Well Services. Ken and his crew drilled the first pilot wells at the Kalium Potash Mine, which is now Mosaic. Ken continued at Mosaic until his retirement, operating Cavern Wells Services and Mine Personnel Services. Ken had many interests over the years that included snowmobiling, fishing, mechanics, electronics, and music. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Arthur and Mary Jesse; brothers: Cyril, Ernie, and Victor; and sisters, Henrietta Kendall (Ray) and Victoria Stubel (Ed). Ken will be lovingly remembered “always and forever” by his wife, Louise; son, Randy Jesse (Becky); daughter, Leann Jesse (Dean Scott); son, Cory Jesse; grandchildren and step-grandchildren: Kristy, Colton, Ashlyn, Brenden, Jaymin, Sidney, and Joseph; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In keeping with Ken’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held at Sunset Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Ken Jesse.
