Gordon Charles Hudson
The family of Gordon Charles Hudson, born October 28th, 1934, sadly announce his passing on October 24th, 2024, just 4 days short of his 90th birthday. Born to Harold and Olein Hudson (née: Foster) of Moose Jaw, SK.
He was predeceased by his parents; granddaughter, Erica Jenner; grandson, Daryn Hudson; brothers: Ken (Muriel) Hudson, Arnold Hudson, and Barry Hudson; sister, Wilma Mantell; and brother-in-law, Orv Brownlee. Gord leaves to mourn, his wife of 59 years, Jean Hudson (née: Brownlee); children: Tracey (Randy) Jenner, Brent (Karen) Hudson, and Linda (Scott) Hilts; grandchildren: Russ (Michelle), Spenser (Andrew), Blake (Teri), Brad, Chelsey (Sam), Jennifer (Michael), Chantel, Deryk, and Aazim; great-grandchildren: Isaac, Walker, and Mya; brother-in-law, Jack Mantell; sisters-in-law, Joyce Hudson and Joanne Brownlee; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Gord worked at Robin Hood Mills but spent most of his working life at Moose Jaw Eagle Farm Supplies. Gord loved his family and will be sadly missed.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 28th, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Moose Jaw Funeral Home. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Gord’s name may be made to STARS Air Ambulance, 2640 Airport Road, Regina, SK S4W 1A3. I have many fond memories of the times we spent together over the years. We hope the many wonderful memories you have and cherish will give you peace.

I always enjoyed being around him – if you needed something done, Gord was the guy who would always know how to do it. Christine & I are in Scotland until November 6, so unfortunately we won’t make it to the service, but you will be in our thoughts.

We were so saddened to hear of Gord’s passing .Our most sincerest condolences and cherish the great memories. Gord was so proud of all of you and he cherished his children and grandchildren. They were always a subject that came up in our conversations. Rest in peace.
