Audrey Bernice Huber

Audrey Bernice Huber, aged 78 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away Tuesday, January 24th, 2012. Audrey was born in Earl Grey, SK in 1933. She received her education in the Earl Grey District and Regina. Audrey worked as an accountant for Minneapolis Moline Implement Co. in Regina from 1952 to 1957. She married Robert in 1956 and moved to Moose Jaw in 1961, and has resided here ever since. She worked in Moose Jaw for Bowman Brothers/Acklands as an accountant until 1980. She was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Caroline Whippler; and one sister, Anita. Audrey is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert of Moose Jaw; daughters, Sherry (Alvin) McKenzie and Sandi Huber of Moose Jaw; sister, Esther (Ron) of Regina; grandchildren: Curtis (Sherie) McKenzie, Kayla (Jordan) Leduc and Kyle Huber; great-grandchildren: Jermie, Jaxson, Chace and Jade; special friends, Jack and Jan; and by numerous nieces and nephews. At Audrey’s request, no Funeral Service will be held and cremation will take place. Donations may be made in Audrey’s name to The Canadian National Institute for the Blind, 2550 Broad St., Regina, SK S4P 3Z4 or to the Canadian Cancer Society, 61B Ross St. W., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 2M2.
