Kathleen Isabel Houghton, late of Providence Place in Moose Jaw, SK and formerly of Elbow and Saskatoon, passed away Thursday, September 20th, 2012.  The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 24th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Pastor Marvin Seaborg will officiate and interment will take place in Elbow Cemetery.  She was predeceased by her husband, William (Bill) Donald Houghton in 1972; parents, Johnston and Mary; brothers: Winston E., Winston and Wilmont; sisters, Hazel (Eldon) Woeppel and Evelyn (Jim) Davie; and brother-in-law, Jim Philips.  She is survived by her sister, Ruby Philips and sister-in-law, Helen Dougan.  Kathleen leaves to mourn her children: Linda (Frank) Folk, Murray Houghton and Myrna Houghton-Greenough; grandchildren: Leslie (Christina), Brian (Tara) and Carrie Lavoie, Ashley Gugel, Kieran, Billie and Rayfe Greenough; great-grandchildren: Caitlin, Drake, Logan, Aidin and Paige Lavoie; and great-great-grandson, Liam Lavoie.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Kathleen’s name may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Assoc., 650 Coteau St. W., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 5E6.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Jeff Ofstie, Funeral Director. 693-4550
