Kelly Dalton Holmes

The death of Kelly Dalton Holmes occurred suddenly on Thursday, December 30th, 2010 at Moose Jaw, SK.  Kelly was born March 30th, 1957 in Saskatoon, SK.  He was predeceased by his mother and father, Leland and Norma Holmes.  Kelly is survived by his wife, Shelly and two children, Jennifer (Jasen) Chupa and Michael (Larisa Shewchuk) Holmes of Saskatoon, SK. and their mother, Janice of Moose Jaw, SK.  Kelly was blessed with one grandchild, Camryn Joy Anne Chupa, whom he loved dearly.  He is also survived by his two brothers, Marvin (Sharon) Holmes of Saskatoon, SK. and Eric Holmes of Moose Jaw, SK.  Kelly started at CP Rail in 1984 and worked there until his passing.  Kelly enjoyed watching hockey and football any chance he got.  He loved to ride his Harley and walk his dog Ripp in the park.  But most of all, Kelly loved spending time with his children and grandchild.  A Private Memorial Service will be held for family and close friends.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Kelly’s name may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, 650 Coteau St. W., Moose Jaw, SK.
