What a beautiful soul Momma Muriel was. Alway game for anything … like when she joined us to “Dine in the Dark” What a trooper!! She loved her family immensely. Beautiful tribute to your mother
Sincere condolences to all of you Re Muriel’s Passing. I enjoyed my talks with her over the years. Besides the charities listed above she was also a Member of Grandmothers 4 Grandmothers which raised money to help AIDS orphans in Africa.( Moose Jaw G 4 G sadly had to fold due to Covid) She was a member of our group here for several yrs but as time passed and health issues came she had to cut back on several tings. I know she enjoyed playing cards at Cosmo centre and enjoyed going to Minto services with Barb and attending their various teas. Would run into her at the small elevator there waiting to go up or down. She did so much fundraising in her life and had so many stories to share..I enjoyed them. She enjoyed the Boston Pizza suppers we held. She was a lovely lady with a large heart..and will be missed. God bless.
I enjoyed meeting, visiting and working with/for Muriel and all of you over the years. Condolences from Rose and I to the families.
Sad to hear of our Park Avenue neighbor’s passing. She was a gem to know!
Your mother was one of my babysitters when we lived in Thunder Bay.we reconnected many years later at a volunteer luncheon & through her church while in London First St Andrew’s.
We had many fond chats about living in Thunder Bay & also Saskatchewan.
She will be missed by so many.
My thoughts are with you at this difficult time
