Family meant a great deal to him. He was always interested in everyone, always keeping in touch by phone. Bert was the Care person for family contact. Bert took great pride in his appearance and in his home. He enjoyed music and played his CD’s all the time. Bert also enjoyed going on the casino bus tours. He would get very excited when he won, rubbing his hands together in glee. Bert was a humble man. He never liked to be a bother. He was a quiet, loving and happy-go-lucky man.
