Claude Godfred Harden
Claude Godfred Harden, aged 82 of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 4 th, 2007 with family by his side. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 8 th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Fr. John Weckner will officiate. Claude was predeceased by his parents Pauline and Claude Harden; sisters Margaret Mann and Helen Craig; daughter Annabelle Punga; and sister in law Merle Koester. Claude is survived by his wife Jane Harden; brothers Clifford (Lois), Earl (Grace), Lloyd (Millie), Wallace (Beatrice), Buckie (Bernice), Johnny (Beryl); children Bill (Chris), Perry(Lois), Boyd (Michelle), Leslie (Marie), Robbie (Pat), Randy (Darcy), Bernadette (Leonard) Mintenko, Logan (Susan), Geraldine (Gerald) Ell, Reno (Joan), Lona (Todd) Plester; 29 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren; sister in law Beth Linthicum; and brothers in law Don, Robert, and Frank Linthicum. Claude was born June 27 th, 1924 in Woodrow, Sk. and married Jane on November 19 th, 1946, having just celebrated their 60 th wedding anniversary. He worked as a mechanic with several companies, retiring from Ipsco in 1989. Claude was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.
