Ronald (Ron) Paul Gregor

Ronald (Ron) Paul Gregor, born on August 3rd, 1935, passed away peacefully on July 21st, 2010.  Ron was predeceased by his parents, Phyllis & Paul Gregor.  Ron is survived by his wife of 50 years, Doris; children Bradley, Lorn and his children Nolan and Alexandra, and Darla(Richard) Verity and their children Emma and Johnathan; his brother Gary (Carol) Gregor and their children Barbara, Rhona and Rodger and their families.  Ron was born and raised in Moose Jaw, SK. and received his education at Prince Arthur School, Central Collegiate and graduated from St. Louis Collegiate.  He worked as a contract welder, starting as a summer student at BA Oil Refinery in Moose Jaw and retired from Moose Jaw Asphalt Plant in December of 1996.  During his career in Moose Jaw, he continued to farm.  Ron’s main interests were welding and farming.  He also loved music, playing both the electric and steel guitars and singing at church.  A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 28th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Hillcrest Apostolic Church.  Pastor Allan Buchanan will officiate.  Donations may be made in Ron’s name to the Hillcrest Apostolic Church, 1550 Main St. N., Moose Jaw, SK., S6J 1L3.
