Shirley Anne Geisler

Shirley Anne Geisler, aged 74 years, of Moose Jaw, SK., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 17th, 2010, with loving family by her side. The Celebration of Shirley’s life will take place on Friday, August 20th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Pastor Bill Thomson of Trinity United Church will officiate and placement of cremains will take place at Sunset Columbarium.  Shirley was born to Herbert and Matilda Clay on May 23rd, 1936 in Filmore, SK.  She married on Oct. 26th, 1956 and was the proud mother of five children.  Shirley was predeceased by her parents; daughter Kelly Glezerson; and brother Harry Clay.  Shirley will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Boyd (Glenda) Geisler of Calgary, AB; 3 daughters, Kerry (Kevin) Swanson of Moose Jaw, SK., Cori Lynn (Kim) McIvor of Weyburn, SK., and Jana (Rob) McKinley of Lac La Biche, AB; 6 grandchildren, Chandra, Amanda, Mitchell, Brett, Laurae and Callum; and numerous relatives and friends.  Shirley was a beautiful, fun loving spirit, and will be fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.  Donations in her memory may be made to Moose Jaw Health Foundation, 455 Fairford St. E., Moose Jaw, SK., S6H 1H3.
