Dayle Frank Evenson
Dayle Frank Evenson, aged 79 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on Saturday, January 12th, 2019. He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Lloyd. Dayle will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 20 years, Linda; son, Trent; and daughter, Sherry (Rick) Dijkstra. He will also be lovingly remembered by Susan (Terry) Henry, Laura (Dave) Krowchenko, Jon, Jeff, Kim (Ray), and Susie; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, June (Ron) Smith and Lee (Peter) Kowbell; as well as numerous other relatives. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 17th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Zion United Church, 423 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK. Reverend Tim Ellis and Reverend Doug Shepherd will co-officiate and interment will take place in Rosedale Cemetery. Legion Rites will be conducted by Chuck McMillan of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #59. ANAVETS rites will be conducted by Don Purington of the ANAVETS Branch #252. Flowers are gratefully declined. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Dayle’s name may be made to Zion United Church, 423 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 0W5. Dayle was always a pleasure to be around. He was kind, friendly, thoughtful and generous. He gave so much of his time to helping others such as the Air Cadet #40 Snowbird Squadron. Condolences to the family.
