Ed Erickson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ed Erickson on Thursday, January 14th, 2010 at the age of 62 years. Ed was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and May Erickson, his sister-in-law Charolette Erickson, and his niece Amy Erickson. He is survived by his daughters Shawna Bourget (Yves)and Courtney Erickson (Jason); grandchildren Chad, Joey, Alexa, Myranda, Cole and Mathew; his brother Harry Erickson (Audrey); his sisters Rose Lizee (Real), Barb Grado (Derrick), Shirley Erickson and Connie Griswold (Ben); 6 nephews; 5 nieces; many cousins; as well as great nieces and nephews; and he will also be missed by Penny Erickson, although their marriage did not endure, their friendship did. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed’s name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Sask., 279 3rd Ave. N., Saskatoon, Sk., S7K 2H8. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 21st, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor John Duerksen will officiate and burial will take place at Rosedale Cemetery at a later date.
